I am really disappointed with the undetailed deductions from my card. Even after a detailed discussion with madam Renu(04 565 9079) from Quick cash department there is an inexplicable deduction from my credit card balance. I had a word with her on 14th Jan 2021 at 1603hrs, the call duration was 13 minutes and 12 seconds. In that conversation she explained me in detail that my card will be deducted with AED12500 and payments will be as follows; in the bill of March 2021 first payment will be of 2345.8( 208325012.5) rest it will be 2083.3 for consecutive 5 months. In total it will be a payment of 12500( principal) 250(2% interest) 12.5( 5% VAT on interest ). But looking at the deductions i can see there is an unexplained charges of 291.5 which has been deducted from my card. She was trying to sell me a value added service of some insurance approximately aed300 which I refused and she agreed on it. But looking at my deductions I feel like she have charged me with that amount. After this experience I will for sure discontinue my credit card services and my salary account with FAB since you guys knows how to steel. And I will write the same on social media as well. Please check the IVR for the same where she promised that there will be no extra deductions other than the mentioned above. Never go to this bank.

Stay away from this bank as far as you can. They trick you all the time. 1 - When I asked one cheque book they sent 25 pieces cheque books just to steal from you. 2 - They manipulate your account without your knowledge and it turns to platinum and because you don't have that enough amount of money so you will get AED 600 fine for one month. I went several times but automatically it was turning to platinum account. 3 - When you deposit your cheque through the machine sometimes zeros are missing and I can prove it. 4 - Without asking, they will send you supplementary card and they will charge you AED 25 just to make extra money. Imagine if they send to 100,000 customers they will make 2,500,000 dirhams and they treat the customer as retarded or a millionaire.

There is so many words I have to express the service from FAB, and good is far from it. They don’t know customer service, FAB has put me through multiple headaches where I need to always be on top of them to make sure tasks are complete. I have been dealing with liars, and horrible customer etiquette. I have been with them 3 years and 3 years not once I was satisfied with their services. From 0 - 10 I would give them a 0! They need to hire professionals, train each staff before putting them in the frontline. Guess they don’t care. I don’t understand what FAB is doing but it’s far from professional. I warn you steer clear from associating with such a bank. I can’t wait to leave this bank.

Entered this branch to deposit cash at Teller... took a token, filled the form... 2 persons were already there... and waited more than 25min watching at least 4 people obviously more important than me going straight to the teller, then taking time to fill the form... left the branch with my money, late to pick up my son at nursery!
